Katsu Chicken Curry Burger

An enticing combination of two classic comfort foods that makes a quick mid week meal.

What you will need

100g Shaws Chunky Mango Chutney
2 Burger Buns (we used Brioche buns)
2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Curry Powder (of choice)
2 Breaded Chicken breasts
Lettuce, shredded

Method

1. Cook the Breaded chicken breasts as per the packet instructions.
2. Meanwhile in a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and curry powder together.
3. Spread this mayonnaise thickly over the base of the bread bun.
4. Place the hot chicken breast on top along with the Chunky Mango Chutney and the shredded lettuce.
