A refreshing light lunch perfect for hot summer days, made using our Habanero & Red Pepper Chutney.
2 tbsp Shaws Habanero & Red Pepper Chutney
2 tbsp mayonnaise
200g cooked peeled prawns or king prawns
Salad selection as preferred
Mix together the Habanero & Red Pepper Chutney with the mayonnaise in a bowl.
Add a little extra of the chutney if you like it spicy!
Stir through the prawns to coat well.
Prepare you salad and top with the prawn mixture.
