Shaws kitchen has been cooking up something healthy for the weekend…😇
Inspired by National #HealthyEatingWeek and National Picnic Week we’ve created this trio of stuffed peppers.
Filled with quinoa ( pronounced kin-wa don’t you know!) which is a nutritious seed packed with protein and minerals.
Red Pepper (veggie & gluten free):
Quinoa, Shaws Devilish Relish, Red Leicester , spring onions.
Yellow Pepper (pescatarian & gluten free):
Quinoa,Shaws American Relish, tuna, sweetcorn, mayo.
Orange Pepper (gluten free & dairy free):
Quinoa, turkey mince, Shaws American Relish, spring onion, peppers.
Once baked in the oven for 20 minutes or so they make fabulous light lunch or side dish for a BBQ.
Or leave them to cool pack them in a sandwich box and take them on your picnic!! Enjoy your weekend everyone 😀
