Salsa Loaded Potato Skins

A potato loaded with flavour, for a buffet, BBQ side or lunch with a salad

Serves 4-8



What you will need

4 Baked Potatoes (halved with potato centre removed)
300ml Sour Cream, tub of
100g Cheddar cheese, finely grated
200g Shaws Mild Salsa jar
Spring onion or fresh coriander for garnish


1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7
2. Place the potato shells on a baking tray
3. Fill each potato shell with a dollop of sour cream, grated cheese and Shaws Mild Salsa
4. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 mins, or until cheese has melted
5. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion or coriander
6. Serve as part of a buffet, on the side at a BBQ or with salad for lunch
